Annual Spring Clothing Swap

Join us at our Spring Clothing Swap as a free and sustainable way to refresh your wardrobe! Mix and mingle with friends and neighbours and learn from a local sewist about how to extend the life of your clothes. Enjoy light snacks and browse through lightly used or new clothing- you never know what new piece you'll find. 
 

🛍️What to bring:

• Your family and friends
• 1-10 gently used items of clothing
• A reusable bag to take home your new-to-you clothing
• An item of clothing you would like repaired at the mending station (button reattachment, small hole patching, etc.)
   

🎯What to expect:

Drop clothing off at 11:00 am, allow our volunteers to sort the clothing while you engage in interactive activities, and learn about extending the life of your clothing.

We'll have a mending station where you can learn about sewing buttons, patches, and more! We will also be able to perform small repairs on a clothing item of your choice. Then, our swap will begin where you can browse through the racks and take anything you like, free of charge!
