The expansion of the Toronto Island airport means commercial jets roaring overhead and more air pollution settling over our neighbourhoods. This will be the end of our vision of a waterfront where families can swim, walk, and breathe clean air. But for any expansion to happen, the federal government would have to agree to renegotiate the agreement - it can simply say no.
