Help create a better future

🌳 Forest Bathing Guided Walk  🌳
Saturday, July 25th | 10am - 12pm | Adamson Estate, 850 Enola Ave.

Join us for a forest bathing walk this summer! What is forest bathing? It is a deep nature connection practice that helps us explore the more than human world through a slow, sensory and meditative walk.

Through a series of invitations, our guide will help us:

🍃Deeply connect to the sounds, smells, textures, and views of nature.
👂🏾Explore the natural world with all your senses.
🫱🏾‍🫲🏾Have an opportunity to share your experience with the group through mini councils, fostering community connections.
🍵Taste safe herbal teas from the land during a tea ceremony!

🚶🏾‍♀️What to bring and wear:
🥾Comfortable closed-toe walking shoes such as running shoes or flat boots
👖Layers to stay comfortable outdoors
💧Water bottle to stay hydrated
🧘🏾‍♀️Sitting pad or small blanket. There will be times when we sit on the ground. If you are not able to sit on the ground, bring a camp chair that you can carry. Or let us know. A limited amount of sitting pads or chairs will be available.

Hope to see you there!
