Help create a better future

Join Environmental Defence on Saturday August 29th 10am, for a guided social walk through Calgary's Nose Creek Park - with special guest Andrew Yule, founder of the Nose Creek Preservation Society.

Who should attend: Everyone is welcome! The walk is moderately easy, with a mix of paved and natural surface paths and minor elevation.

What to expect: Enjoy a leisurely morning hike before the midday heat, with stops along the way including a snack break. At this "Walk and Talk" we'll spend time together outdoors while talking about what nature means to all of us and appreciating one of Calgary's unique local ecosystems. A chance to learn more about preserving Nose Creek and how to help protect the natural spaces we love. Snacks will be provided and everyone who attends will also get a free copy of our Calgary Hiking Guide!

Where to meet: Please keep an eye out for a reminder email confirming the meeting spot.

Make sure to bring a full water bottle and sun protection. We look forward to seeing you!
