๐Ÿ‚ The Case of the October Disappearances
 An Animal Migration Mystery๐Ÿพ

Sunday, October 25 | 10:00 am - 12:00 pm | Nashville Conservation Reserve

Something strange happens every October. The songbirds that filled the valley with noise go suspiciously quiet. The salmon push frantically upriver, against the current. The trees change their colours, as though taking off a disguise. Summer has left the building, and nobody saw it go.

The forest is changing for the season, and many of its animals are on the move. But where are they going, and how did they know it was time to go? It’s up to us to explore the scene of the crime and figure out what’s behind The Case of the October Disappearances.

Join us for a walk through the Nashville Conservation Reserve, in the Humber River valley that has long been a migratory corridor, to investigate. You'll get a case file, follow the clues along the trail, and by the end, we'll gather the suspects and see what we can solve. Some of the mysteries we'll investigate are still open cases, so you'll be in good company with the scientific detectives working to crack them open.

๐Ÿ”Ž Come as you are, or come dressed as your favourite detective (trench coats and monocles highly encouraged), as we work together to solve this seasonal mystery.
